Rethinking the Meat-Guzzler

A SEA change in the consumption of a resource that Americans take for granted may be in store -- something cheap, plentiful, widely enjoyed and a part of daily life. And it isn't oil.
It's one thing to take stock of one's own diet and make the eco-conscious choice, but to thrust that same choice on helpless animals is a leap of logic that few dare to make. Are these guys brilliant or crazy??
